Corporate environment hidden in a smaller business operation Mixture of younger college educated construction engineering and management types creates an energetic work environment Provides plenty of opportunity to take on more responsibilities and tasks Work methods are traditional although innovation or thinking outside the box is encouraged
Cons
Plenty of corporate guidelines and structure to create a lot of work Core value of 'integrity' is compromised more and more Core value of 'innovation' does not thrive in the current work environment Plenty of management to do a cursory periodic review of your work but not much help or guidance to handle critical issues
