Pros

Employee owned and profit sharing. Long track record (125 Years) of quality construction practices. Have had some safety incidents in the past but have learned from them and now has one of the best safety programs in the industry. High retention of employees (30+ years) shows that it is a company built on integrity, leadership, passion and excellence.

Cons

You have to push to have your annual review performed or it might get overlooked. Paid Time Off provided is ok but not as good as I've seen elsewhere. Salaries aren't as high as elsewhere, but there is somewhat of a tradeoff with quality of workplace, work/life balance and people.

Pros

Great projects and some great people.

Cons

Too many bad apples ruin it for others. Safety is a complete joke, don’t do their job not even the bare minimum only have the job because they have the certs but any random is competent to do that job. Laziness kills motivation, get rid of lazy workers
