Too much politics, favorites rewarded heavily for playing up to the executives. Hard work is not recognized or rewarded at this company. Project managers overall show incompetence by the multiple projects that are mismanaged and in the red. This company has lots of cleaning up to do after a project team has made it's way through partial construction. At that point other team members are recruited to come in to "clean up" the project and put it back onto track for schedule and costs.
