Worst company I have ever worked for - Marketing Coordinator Swinerton Employee Review

Work/life balance is non-existent when working in Marketing at Swinerton, the expectation is to work late nights on a regular basis. Pay is over 20% less than what similar general contractors would compensate for the same position. The level of micro-management and unprofessionalism I witnessed from management created an extremely toxic and unenjoyable work experience. There is also a complete lack of diversity in the company, very few minorities hold upper management positions at Swinerton. Save yourself the time and trouble, avoid pursing a career here.
