This is a fun and very rewarding company to work for, with great company perks and an all around enjoyable atmosphere, you are sure to enjoy what you do. You will feel like an important piece of the puzzle every day you show up, because you are!
Cons
The leadership in certain departments could use some improvement. Accountability and equality amongst peers in certain departments is not ideal; Workload distribution can be a little lopsided in certain departments due to the aforementioned. It appeared as though work was often assigned based on individual capabilities, when in fact, the whole team should be capable or at least actively working towards said capabilities. Assigning based on individual capabilities only works when there is an established balance that prevents work overload on any one individual.
