Pros
Swinerton feels and functions more as a family than a corporation. They really allow and encourage open communication throughout all levels of management and use the knowledge spread throughout these channels to improve upon their current and future management structure. In general they practice what they preach and consistently strive to improve by promoting within.
Cons
The structure for managing a project has not been cast or created yet, although it is undoubtedly expected to be improved upon in the near future.
