Pros
Swinerton is a great organization that really strives for a team environment. Projects are often fast paced and hectic, so it is important that the team gets along and works well together. Upper management realizes this and tries to put their employees in places they will succeed and be happy. Being a field person can be tough, but it is important to know that people do really try to factor in everything when assigning jobs.
Cons
Working in the field can be difficult, especially if you have to move and move 1-2 times a year. This problem doesn't apply to all employees obviously, but work life balance can be hard when you are away from home during the week.
