Pros

Not one thing that they told me about the job and what was expected was true. They will tell you one thing when you apply but it will be just the opposite direction.

Cons

Staff will not be honest with you, they will state that the reviewsame of the company on glassdoor, indeed and some othersort are not true and shouldn't be taking into consideration. Management will not work with a person who has disabilities. Even if you have a doctors note. Can't even bring anything with you management treats the employees like they are prison inmates. Having no rights to having your personal property. Staff doesn't care whome they hurt or hown they arefused trating employees. Most will tell you that they hate working there. Very high turn over, no taking responsibility for actions in management or staff.they will straight up lie to the employees much into favoritism.would suggest never bothered working there its not worth the money, time or price of my health when it comes to needing my medicine with me. The company treatment of employees was disrespectful, and disgusting ,totally uncalled for

Pros

My group of supervisors and our manager work really well together. The upside of this company is the ability to work from home and the support you are given is better than most places I have worked.

Cons

this can only be said for my project as we do not always have a clear path of what the upper management is looking for us to do

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
