Dirty, ghetto, terrible leadership, preference, and i can keep going.
I'm not sure if it's the location, but this is place is so ghetto, and so many hoodlums work here that they have a metal detector that everyone has to walk through in order to get inside of the building. This is horrible, you feel like you're walking through a jail. I personally elongated my time working here to 6months because I really needed the job and refused to leave until I found something better that would also work with my school schedule. The majority of the people that work here are very uneducated, the culture is very low. I almost feel like they hired convicts. Leadership sucked they hired supervisors that had no people skills, and not to mention all the work they had to be paid a max of $13 per hour which is the reason why they probably didn't care enough and treated their reps like crap. The only thing i cannot complain about is the schedule flexibility. While i worked here i also went to school and they gave me and my schedule priority.
