Pros

If you need a job right away.....recruiting is a joke!

Cons

Poor Pay, You do not get any paid time off for your first year, this is not made clear when you are first hired, VERY STRICT RULES, a lot of people say they feel like an inmate. Turnstiles, frosted windows, if you are in production your family does not have anyway of reaching you- managers nor supervisors have phones on the production floor- GOD forbid someone needs emergency help, lawsuit waiting to happen, There is no open door policy if you share your concerns they act like there taking notes and start the commercial of selling their core values to you. No HR Assistance on site at all...no one knows anything. Managers tell you to look in the handbook.

We have a fantastic team of supervisors that have our back when needed. We have a great team of agents.

Cons

Some days calls can be back to back with no time to breathe

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
