Sometimes you get poor managers They don't care if you have children They expect perfection The pay is bad It's boring The customers treat you like a gutter rat You are not allowed to defend yourself You are not allowed to ask the customer not to yell at you You are not allowed to disconnect the call. So you get screamed at by customers, screamed at by your supervisor. Quality always marks you off for something. I got marked off on a call one time that was perfect because I failed to tell my customer I had to sneeze, before I sneezed. 0/10 would not recommend unless you are desperate They told me I'd have opportunities to rise in the company. And then my branch shut down so they sent me work from home. They said do these jump programs and we will work with you. Then once I did, they said we don't have any work from home positions right now other than the one you're in.
