Pros

Full time, PTO, fairly easy to request days off, VTO, working at home is nice, can get bonuses for metrics

Cons

The metrics they are requiring have been terrible. It used to be monthly goals but now What they are asking for is literally impossible. I’ve bonused several times in my job for metrics but now they are changing to needing to meet surveys goals weekly or you will be put on a corrective action that will not fall off for 90 days but yet you need to be at goal weekly and you will keep moving up the corrective actions until you get fired. It literally is not fair or achievable. So many people have lost their jobs lately for this. It is inhumane. Extremely disappointed.

Calls are back to back and you have to meet all metrics.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
