Pros

You are allowed to put your headphones and just work. If you like Excel, SQL and crunching numbers it's great. It was a great entry level opportunity to be exposed to the RIA space.

Cons

Managers are left over from when the company was very small. They know little and say they are open to feedback but they aren't. If you don't hang out and party with the in crowd then you won't advance. Other people have mentioned the "black-balling" - 100% confirmed. They will just stop talking to you and from there you just have to leave the company. Benefits are plain bad, but if you are a 22 year old, they probably seem ok. 1.5% match for an "investment" company is not competitive. Pay was poor. The company gives out shares to managers - but to prove the companies lack of care for these people, they bought Yoodlee (with shares) a few days later and crushed the share price effectively splicing the value of those shares by 40%. Oh and thesee jobs only exist because the product is bad. Operations Associates are manual repairmen for a poorly thought out aggregation system from thebl 1990s .
