- Below average pay - 0 room for growth- there are rarely opportunities to move up within the company - Constant changing direction- Leadership seems to not have a clear vision and since the merger, it has been difficult to blend the 2 sides of the business together to get everyone on the same page. This leads to constant confusion amongst the reps and a poor customer experience. - Constant uncertainty- While Tebra is profitable, there have been numerous layoffs and "changes of direction" when it comes to leadership and morale on many of the teams are low.
