Pros
We are given a lot of ownership and autonomy, and the freedom to make mistakes to learn and grow. Being a mission-driven company, I can see the direct impact my team and I are making. The company is in a growth stage, and the opportunity to grow individual careers is what I appreciate most. By far one of the most incredible team of people to work with, always feel respected and heard. The company is doing well, with strong sales and dev teams.
Cons
There are a lot of changes right now, but there is complete transparency from top down. It's a lot of work. While rewarding, it's a lot of long-term goals and projects.
