HORRIBLE SALES MANAGERS and TOXIC company culture Salary sucks, I should have seen the red flags when I was hired so easily. Hiring manager obviously has a thing for pretty girls…Super gossipy, was consistently harassed by managers who have no business being in leadership whatsoever. Training program sucks and instead of helping you understand what wasn’t taught, managers will get mad and gaslight you. Managers foster unhealthy competition between salespeople and pick favorites. If you are your managers best friend, you will never be fired even if you never hit quota ;). They will treat you like a dog, talk behind your back and stab you in the back. Good luck ever getting promoted here, they are literally just using you. Have heard horrible stories from colleagues with disabilities. Managers are not accommodating and have no problem harassing and framing employees to write them up
