After working here for a little over a year I have experienced: 1. 2 major layoffs 2. individual management layoffs and constant re-orgs 3. barely any increase in pay, a major uptick in workload/responsibilities/expectations after layoffs. We’re all being greatly underpaid. I haven’t spoken to a single person who feels they are paid fairly in this company for their workload. 4. watching the company offshore a ton of teams to Costa Rica 5. Meaningless performance reviews Every. Single. Quarter. with policies advising managers not to give team members too high of a score 6. being screamed at and called useless by doctors and their medical practice staff (I’ve worked in restaurants/bars and never been disrespectfully spoken too this much when trying to help someone) 7. many positions being eliminated that were in my path for promotion, making upward mobility pretty much impossible. 8. Upper leadership will lie to your face on a zoom call 9. The company claims they’re financially strained but bought a boat (btw we’re a remote company so no one except execs are riding on this boat) 10. being told by our upper leadership that they knows we’re all working hard and struggling but need to work harder to accomplish company goals like two months after layoffs 11. extreme burnout after a promise of Work/Life balance. I’ve never felt more disconnected from my life. I advise staying far away from this trap of a company unless you enjoy constant disappointment, being lied to, and the constant feeling of job instability. Do not be like me and ignore the red flags just because the position is remote.
