It’s Bozo Central - Anonymous employee Tebra Employee Review

The CEO is a bozo, upper executive leadership is full of bozos, the directors are bozos, the sales team is full of lying bozos, the customer success team is filled with incompetent bozos. I’ve never been part of a company with this many bozos. Hardly anyone in this company knows how the product actually works. They seem to have laid off anyone from the patientpop side that had any product competency. Seems like the only people who know what’s going on half the time and run a smooth ship are the IT team and business systems team.
