Pros
Testlio offers competitive salaries and fair compensation for the work delivered. The founders are genuinely kind, passionate, and committed to keeping the company running through every challenge. There’s a sense of purpose in the early roots of the company you can feel that it was built with care and a vision for quality. Some areas are full of talented, warm people who truly want to make a difference, and collaborating with them was always a rewarding experience.
Cons
The layoff and offboarding process felt inhumane. People were treated as if they had done something wrong no opportunity to speak during the call, no personal note, and immediate removal of access. It was deeply disappointing. There’s a culture of favoritism within certain circles where some individuals are consistently protected and promoted despite poor behavior. Mobbing and discriminatory comments were often ignored, even when formally reported. I personally documented evidence of these situations, yet the HR person who initially supported me was later let go. Communication is often one-sided messages go unanswered, feedback is dismissed, and meetings are canceled without explanation. Over time, the company shifted its focus from teamwork to individual competition, creating a more toxic atmosphere. Many employees have learned to stay silent or pretend everything is fine out of fear of being the next target. Was proud to be part of the team once, but favoritism and mobbing culture broke what made Testlio special.
