I have been a part of the Testlio family for almost two years now, and I can confidently say that it has been an incredible journey. Despite facing challenges last year, the leaders of our company demonstrated exceptional guidance, steering us back to stable grounds. This experience truly showcased the strength of Testlio's leadership during times of uncertainty in the tech industry. One of the aspects that I admire most about Testlio is the transparency maintained by our leaders. In an era marked by unpredictability, our executives ensure that the entire team is well-informed about the company's stability. This transparency fosters a sense of security among employees, which is invaluable in the current tech landscape. Testlio's commitment to employee growth and development is commendable. The encouragement to obtain global certifications in software testing not only highlights the company's dedication to providing top-notch services but also showcases the investment in our professional development. This commitment sets Testlio apart as an employer that genuinely cares about its employees' career progression. As I reviewed Glassdoor today, I felt compelled to share my positive experience because I disagree with recent reviews. Testlio is not just a company; it's a family where everyone is committed to success. Cons

One drawback I've noticed is that my workload is quite substantial, but I recognize that this is a common trend. With companies implementing cost-cutting measures and striving for greater efficiency, the pace of hiring has slowed down. Although I'm not consistently overloaded with work, there are days when the hours extend beyond what I would consider ideal. While some days may be longer than ideal, the unwavering support provided compensates for any challenges. The strong sense of teamwork, extending from the executive team to our network of testers, creates a collaborative environment. Testlio's emphasis on values, particularly the "give a damn" attitude, is not just a slogan but a lived reality within the organization. It's evident that Testlio genuinely cares about its employees, fostering a culture of support and camaraderie.

Pros

The renewed company focus allows teams to prioritize effectively and maintain alignment. The leadership team is grounded, motivated, and highly collaborative. The product strategy successfully embraces AI, positioning the company to define the future of AI testing.

Cons

The volume of organizational change over the past year was a bit high. While these pivots were clearly made to ensure both near and long-term success, so much change can lead to change fatigue. I believe that leadership maintaining the current level of transparency will be key as the org continues to stabilize under the new focus.
