Pros

None. That may sound shocking, but it should not. Any positive review floating around does not match reality. This place delivers constant frustration and regret. Anyone thinking about joining should seriously reconsider unless endless stress and disappointment sound appealing.

Cons

- Pay is insultingly low. Salaries fall far below industry standards and completely ignore the workload and pressure dumped on employees. The compensation feels like a slap in the face for the amount of effort demanded. - Going above and beyond is pointless. Performance based bonuses do not exist, so excelling only proves that more work can be piled on with no reward. Hard work is punished instead of valued. - Work life balance is practically nonexistent. Expectations are wildly unrealistic, demanding speed, perfection, and massive output all at once. - Support is almost nonexistent. Employees are left to fend for themselves while juggling heavy workloads and long hours, leading to burnout and exhaustion. - Leadership sets people up to fail. Mistakes are not tolerated, yet tools, guidance, and reasonable timelines are rarely provided.

Pros

There is nothing meaningful to highlight. The only thing present is an overwhelming amount of work that never seems to end.

Cons

• Work is repeatedly pushed as urgent at the last possible moment, forcing constant rushing and overtime • Employees are regularly pushed into all night work just to meet unrealistic deadlines • What should be occasional urgency has become a constant pattern that leads to exhaustion and burnout • Ongoing pressure and instability have made employee departures frequent and routine • High turnover has become a normal outcome due to sustained workload pressure
