At first it felt decent, then the mask slipped and it turned into a toxic mess fast. Management acted like a high school clique, gossipingg nonstop and quietly deciding who stayed on the good list. One bad week could put you on the chopping block, while favorities got endless passes. Any manager who tried to stand up for their team got pushed out or bullied into quitting. Pay stayed low while expectations kept climbing, and having a life outside work was treated like betrayal. Layoffs and outsourcing were handled with zero care, just fear tactics to keep people obedient. The ceo bragged about profits while squeezing everyone dry and creates an abusive environment that drained people mentally and financially. I would never recommend anyone looking for a job to apply at TodayTix.

There is nothing meaningful to highlight. The only thing present is an overwhelming amount of work that never seems to end.

• Work is repeatedly pushed as urgent at the last possible moment, forcing constant rushing and overtime • Employees are regularly pushed into all night work just to meet unrealistic deadlines • What should be occasional urgency has become a constant pattern that leads to exhaustion and burnout • Ongoing pressure and instability have made employee departures frequent and routine • High turnover has become a normal outcome due to sustained workload pressure
