I really love working for TTG. I came from a startup, and seeing the way this team operates and collaborates has been really great. Incredible office and team culture, all resources needed are provided on day 1, great training and onboarding.

There is nothing meaningful to highlight. The only thing present is an overwhelming amount of work that never seems to end.

Cons

• Work is repeatedly pushed as urgent at the last possible moment, forcing constant rushing and overtime • Employees are regularly pushed into all night work just to meet unrealistic deadlines • What should be occasional urgency has become a constant pattern that leads to exhaustion and burnout • Ongoing pressure and instability have made employee departures frequent and routine • High turnover has become a normal outcome due to sustained workload pressure
