Pros

The company truly does stick to their mission. Excellent health coverage, some pretty cool people and fun non-work related activities (trivia Tuesdays, meeting other employees in your own little 30 minute “donuts.”)

Cons

Management was awful and did not respect boundaries at all (once my manager set up a meeting after I had signed off for the day to go over something I had done wrong, rather than just email me about it). Poor training from said manager that came to bite us later down the line and getting reprimanded when you informed them that you had not actually been taught how to do a task. I regularly received slack messages asking me to do something while I was having dinner with my family or putting my children to bed or on my days off. Many, many meetings that easily could have been emails. I truly dreaded coming in each day.

Pros

There is nothing meaningful to highlight. The only thing present is an overwhelming amount of work that never seems to end.

Cons

• Work is repeatedly pushed as urgent at the last possible moment, forcing constant rushing and overtime • Employees are regularly pushed into all night work just to meet unrealistic deadlines • What should be occasional urgency has become a constant pattern that leads to exhaustion and burnout • Ongoing pressure and instability have made employee departures frequent and routine • High turnover has become a normal outcome due to sustained workload pressure
