If you enjoy constant adrenaline spikes from last-minute changes, you’ll thrive.

Cons

The work environment was frantic, with schedules and assignments changing at the last possible second, often without warning. Staff were expected to handle frustrated customers without adequate tools or authority to solve problems. Training was minimal, so mistakes were common and you ended up apologizing for things you didn’t even control. It felt like being thrown into the deep end every single shift, hoping you’d figure it out before the next crisis hit.
