5yThank you for providing a review of your experience with Tower Health. We’re glad you enjoyed the cafeteria food, but we’re disappointed by your Cons and Advice to Management. Ensuring that all employees feel equal, listened to, and comfortable within their roles in the organization is a main priority of all managers, and if this isn’t happening, we need to know so we can address it. We always encourage employees to bring concerns to their Supervisor or, HR Business Partner if more appropriate, so that they can work together towards a resolution. It is our hope that you did so before your departure.
