Not worth it - Anonymous employee Tower Health Employee Review

Understaffed, upper management does not care about staff's wellbeing and just wants numbers. We have a current cut off policy for covid surges but management does not follow through or says to keep seeing patients even if we're drowning. Patient is always right, no back up from management even when these patients are rude and threatening. There is no room for growth especially when you only see covid patients for the past two years.
