- in vs. out groups: engineers are definitely favored, especially since the CEO is one - CEO is squeamish about diversity and doesn't value inclusion at the company - culture is weird and needs work - doesn't have an HR team anymore so there is no real way to make a complaint - people get promoted to leadership roles who have zero experience in leading - no women in executive leadership - constant churn and the best employees are always leaving - they fire people without notice
