I like working for UCS. The students were good, and the staff was, for the most part, decent.

Once you choose a retirement plan, you cannot change it.

Salary pay- option to spread year round.

Cons

Worst district I have worked for. Admin doesn’t trust the teachers and micro manages everything. No lunch breaks, unpaid snow days if you don’t use your own PTO time. Have to find your own coverage for sick days.
