Pros

They paid me money. The lower end staff are all nice and most of the people that work there (in the homes, direct care level) really care about the people that they service.

Cons

The management sucks. They’re money-grubbing and awful. They are supposed to take care of autistic people but the management doesn’t even understand common neurodivergent traits. They denied my request for accommodation, harassed and targeted me and eventually pushed me from my position right before Christmas They punished me for “not looking nervous enough” mind you I am neurodivergent and ND people tend to not always have visible facial emotions. They fired me right before Christmas for a non-terminable offense, but kind you they have abusive people in higher level roles(program specialists and above) that literally are HATED by all of the consumers under their care. Specific staff that have no discernible skill set but still maintain employment even when they have been reported, and punished more times than any other staff. Horrible benefits Terrible insurance, Medicaid is better Lack of concern for your life or family
