Pros
The new leadership under PE is not afraid to make the decisions that Emerson failed to make. Fixing the businesses that need fixed, investing and innovating, and looking for great talent. I am in a 100 percent customer facing role, and the leadership is fully committed to serving our customers and understanding their needs.
Cons
As with any change comes a bit of uncertainty, this business is retooling, and that will force tough decisions in many areas - but it needs addressed.
