Pros

I liked my customers and the technology.

Cons

The new management team killed morale. Every company can use some cleaning up but this was just crazy. They've taken all categories (base pay, compensation plan, anything you thought was a perk, vacation) to the lowest market level. I got tired waking up thinking it doesn't matter how hard or how little I work - same result.

Ability to position your ideas to leadership and have your voice heard.

Cons

The industry is growing at a torrid pace and urgency is key - this means that customer expectations for responses are immediate and with a large company, sometimes it can take a while to get the correct answer.
