Pros

Remaining employees are dedicated to helping each other, partners, and customers. Products are still top-of-the-line. Liebert, Geist, and E+I are all solid brands.

Cons

Constant turnover at every level of management. Complete absence of leadership except from micromanaging chairman of the board whose management style has not evolved since 1987. Believes in optimizing shareholder outcomes through employee furloughs. At Christmas. Significant erosion of benefits since going public. No 401k match, no flexible work. Introduced "unlimited PTO" to move accrued PTO 'debt' from books. Has since rebranded 'unlimited' as 'flexible' to ensure employees do not take too much. Basic benefits nightmare.
