Mandatory in-office work 5 days a week. Furloughs were mandated in the last couple of years but only in the US, where they can get away with it. And the last one was right before Christmas! No time or resources for training or growth. Poor benefits with only high deductible options, that nobody seems to be in-network for. It’s useless and expensive. Executives here only care about how important they are. Rather than treating their employees like respected professionals, they treat us like children, and expect that when they say jump we will jump. Many of them don’t come to the office 5 days a week, but they are monitoring when we badge in. They don’t ask their experts about the best ways to move forward, just tell us to do what they want, even when we know the pitfalls. They expect respect and don’t give any in return.
