WPP - the name adds a lot of value. And the clients that you get to work with are all world-class clients. You get global exposure.

Cons

Depends on the process and the manager-to-manager. You can have the best manager who will uplift you as a person and your career. It can be very opposite; some managers will make your life a living hell. There is no check in this area.

Good client, No work pressure

Cons

Company is super stingy They don’t care about employees at all Weak leadership and management They lie all the time about every little thing Layoffs are common No decision making at all No promotions for years and years. You can be at the same position even after 15 years(true💯) The company is filled with bunch of Lazy and unskilled folks and management doesn’t care about people who really work.
