Pros

Good location right across from Safeco and Century Link fields. Easy access to planes, trains and busses and lots of good restaurants.

Cons

Management seems to be oblivious to how you get employees excited to come to work. Instead of positive reinforcements they use negative. Instead of being role models they have a do as I say not as I do mode of managing. The management team seems to be stuck in a time warp of leading by command and control. Employees are not viewed as valuable assets but people who can be blamed for mistakes. The weird thing about the mistakes is that they often occur because employees are having to guess what the boss wants because communications are that bad. They are rehashing an old product direction that has failed in the past and nothing has changed.

Pros

Open, connected culture backed by strong leadership. If you want to lead, you will get your chance. A lot of input, a lot of feedback, and support create a great place to work.

Cons

Many legacy staffers who take a while to change and adapt, but the new team and leadership support change and improvement.

Pros

Lots of opportunities to move around the company into new roles. Pretty good life/work balance.

Cons

This place is falling apart under new leadership. There is no direction or consistency across the company. Major cost-cutting objectives have deprioritized customers and employees. Forced return to office for 5 days is killing the spirit.
