Pros
At Wayve, I'm surrounded by the most consistently technically exceptional group of individuals I've ever met. There is so much under one roof, from robotics, to platform engineering, to 3D simulation to deep learning; there's always an enlightening conversation to be had at the communal lunches. I don't think there's anywhere I could grow more as an engineer than Wayve. The passion exhibited by everyone at the company is infectious. Cons
Most find themselves at the office for longer than your typical 8h work day. If a clock in - clock out 9-5 is what you're after, Wayve probably isn't the right fit for you. As with most startups, things move fast and structure can be lacking. No refined sugars.
