Excellent quality of life, as far as them valuing the employees work/life balance. Decent pay for the area... in the upper 75% for the industry.

Cons

Several levels of mid-management throughout all departments do not belong in their positions. Promotions based more on experience and connections that quality of work.

None. Management is lazy, they leave whenever they want to and put the work on everyone else. Pay is trash, benefits are trash, and pretty much every higher up there is a waste of space.

Cons

Sexist, discrimination, favoritism, and just plain lazy.
