The way the Tech levels are set up with their training program prohibits moving up the requirements to move into a higher tech level are completely unreasonable. The master tech level is a glass ceiling that it doesn't seem like you could get past.

None. Management is lazy, they leave whenever they want to and put the work on everyone else. Pay is trash, benefits are trash, and pretty much every higher up there is a waste of space.

Cons

Sexist, discrimination, favoritism, and just plain lazy.
