Pros
The company overall has good benefits, a good attitude towards their employees, and it's really cool to work with heavy equipment (a lot of marketers can't say they've operated a large excavator or wheel loader). The balance of work & life is good and the people I get to work with are the best part. The marketing team is a group of really awesome people that just want to help each other when they can, do good for the company, and have fun while doing it.
Cons
Frankly, the cons that I've experienced are: 1. PTO & Sick Leave are combined. 2. A few less paid holidays than other places I've worked. 3. The online only prescription coverage can sometimes be nuisance for someone who just likes to pick them up at the pharmacy. Other than these minor things, I truly believe it's one of the best place to work in the treasure valley.
