Great technical knowledge, technical training, technical support for machines. The technicians are truly out of this world.

Cons

Employee development takes a sideline to customer training, management is often snarky and rude, and they will lowball wages for current employees trying to change roles and then turn around and hire from outside for way more than an internal applicant.

None. Management is lazy, they leave whenever they want to and put the work on everyone else. Pay is trash, benefits are trash, and pretty much every higher up there is a waste of space.

Cons

Sexist, discrimination, favoritism, and just plain lazy.
