We are a values focused business, that includes our people. The work can be challenging sometimes but we are supported by our leaders and our co workers. I'm treated better here than any other job I've had. Lot's of opportunities to grow and move into other positions. Training is a priority.

Cons

We can only go to work 5 days a week, lol.

None. Management is lazy, they leave whenever they want to and put the work on everyone else. Pay is trash, benefits are trash, and pretty much every higher up there is a waste of space.

Cons

Sexist, discrimination, favoritism, and just plain lazy.
