- CEO micromanages, uses fear and punishment to enforce compliance; - Overall corporate vision and goals are fuzzy from an employee perspective; - Culture of passing blame (many exceptions, though); - Process changes too rapidly to create any actual change; - HR changes can be sudden and/or opaque (layoffs, position changes, etc.);
