Not only am I a better person professionally but I became a better person for my family, friends, and community. I learned to understand the need of people and to be a listening ear to their hurts and sorrows. Approachable team members and administrative staff. We put to heart what teamwork really means. We make things happen.

Cons

The screening process for the new applicants is very challenging and takes longer than expected. This ensures that the best of the best really comes out.
