Pros

The clients and coworkers only

Cons

The only good thing about this place is the clients you serve and the coworkers. I have never been treated so poorly by a company and management in my life. The company is basically a revolving door. Staff is unhappy by the way they are treated, and then blamed for the company’s lack of job retention. The clients are not receiving the services they need because this company treats staff so poorly. Seriously would not recommend if you want to keep your mental health in check and have job security.

Thanks for the review. We greatly value our staff and this is demonstrated by our generous pay and benefits (starting $18-22/hr for entry level) and benefits (health, dental, matching 401k, five weeks paid vacation, early release Fridays, etc.). And foster an environment of mutual respect but this is a two-way street. And we provide the services our clients' needs and this is determined by our credentialed experts, not our entry-level staff. And we do hold our employees accountable for providing services according to our treatment plans and we won't apologize for that. This is the hallmark of a successful program: expert treatment plans and staff that know how to carry them out and effective oversight and management.

Thanks for the feedback. A few points of rebuttal: Our management team consists of Directors, Assistant Directors, Program Supervisors, etc. so there is quite a bit of support in each room. And our pay (starting $18-22/hr for entry level) and benefits (health, dental, matching 401k, five weeks paid vacation, early release Fridays, etc.) are much better than our competitors.
