Pros

Empowerly is by far, the best counseling platform I’ve worked with. The amount of resources available, like research, internships, essay editing, etc. ensures we as counselors can provide the best guidance to every student. The collaborative culture among the team is fantastic. My counselor colleagues are all motivated and high caliber, and the students are motivated, and it’s incredibly rewarding to see their growth and success.

Cons

Managing high expectations from parents can sometimes be challenging, but this is part of the job in college counseling.
