The fast pace can be challenging at times, but it’s part of the excitement.

Pros

I appreciate the flexibility of editing essays on my schedule. Helping students craft compelling narratives is satisfying. The software is also pretty good to manage my editing workflows.

Cons

There can be gaps in essay volume during off-peak times.

Pros

The tools and templates provided are helpful, and working remotely is nice. The team is collaborative and management is competent.

Cons

Sometimes requests can come in with tight deadlines, which can feel a bit rushed. Better planning on my part has helped, but more streamlined tools would be a great addition.
