I worked at Empowerly for over a year, and I can confidently say that the leadership, particularly the founder, is a significant barrier to success and employee satisfaction. Every small decision required her approval and she consistently dismissed our ideas without explanation. Communication was another major issue. Feedback was scarce and often vague, leaving many of us confused about expectations. Do not waste your time here, no one in the company is happy.

• Empowerly is a terrible company, and I would never recommend working here. • The atmosphere is saturated with negativity and constant hostility. • Supervisors are verbally degrading and sometimes resort to shouting and public humiliation when employees fail to meet expectations. • Leadership comes across as immature and unreasonable, and very few people would want to work under individuals like that.
