Pros

You definitely learn to handle pressure... mostly because you don't have a choice.

Cons

There's a strong push to perform, but expectations don't always stay consistent, so you're working toward something that feels like it keeps shifting just enough to throw you off, and instead of building momentum, you're constantly recalibrating, which makes it difficult to feel like you're actually progressing.

Pros

Ignore any positive reviews about Empowerly. They are written by employees afraid of management and offer no truth about the experience.

Cons

Empowerly offers no decent pay, benefits, or real opportunities for growth. Instead of empowering, it drags employees down and treats everyone as disposable. Anyone considering working here should think carefully before wasting their time.
