Pros

Unable to list any pros for working here.

Cons

The culture within Empowerly needs serious improvement. Pay stays low, and it feels like you are working in isolation instead of on a team. Higher ups are disorganized and heavy on control, hovering over every details for no good reason. Any attempt to speak up gets shut down, which turns collaboration into something crazy frustrating. Hours stretch way beyond normal, with weeks that spiral into an insane grind and no concern for balance. The tone from leaders comes off dismissive and disrespectful, leaving you drained and undervalued by the end of the week.
